Celis Semiconductor Corporation, a fabless semiconductor company, has developed patented technology for its two complementary product lines:
RFID products
Advanced nonvolatile semiconductor memories
Expert at custom,
semi-custom and standard RFID solutions, Celis also produces challenging
RFID combi-chips that have both wireless and contacted modes of operation.
Celis products can be designed to operate at most standard RFID frequencies,
including LF, HF and UHF, as well as at various other non-standard frequencies.
Semiconductor chip innovations have enabled Celis to invent low-cost no-strap
ChipConnect(TM) and NoConnect(TM)
RFID assembly technologies. Relationships with major silicon suppliers
to produce chips for Celis on a foundry basis allow Celis to supply high
reliability products fabricated on ISO 9000 certified production lines.
Used as technology drivers for embedded memory for Celis RFID tags, Celis
advanced nonvolatile semiconductor memories boast very high speed writes
and use proprietary design technology that allows nonvolatile memory to
be fabricated for very high levels of radiation hardness on standard commercial
silicon wafer fabrication lines.
