Douglas M. Mitchell, CEO and President Douglas M. Mitchell has served as the Company's CEO and President since November 2007. Previously Mr. Mitchell was CEO and President of Simtek Corporation and Momentum Microsystems, and held executive management and engineering positions with Inmos Corporation, Texas Instruments and Motorola. Mr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration degree from National University. Gary F. Derbenwick, CTO Dr. Gary F. Derbenwick, a founder of the Company and a Director, served as President and Chief Executive Officer from its inception until November 2007 when he assumed the Chief Technical Officer role to guide the company's product development efforts. Previously, Dr. Derbenwick held various executive management and engineering positions with Simtek Corporation, Symetrix Corporation, Inmos Corporation, Bell Laboratories and Sandia National Laboratories, where he was involved with semiconductor memory, process and device development. Dr. Derbenwick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut and Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University. LuAnn D. Hanson, CFO & Vice President of Finance and Admin LuAnn D. Hanson has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since April 2005. From 1993 to 2004, Ms. Hanson held a variety of positions with Ramtron International Corporation, most recently serving as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Ramtron, Ms. Hanson held various financial positions at United Technologies Microelectronics Center and with Carniero, Chumney & Co., certified public accountants. Ms. Hanson is a certified public accountant and attended the University of Northern Iowa earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Regis University. Donald L. Black, Vice President of RFID Business Donald L. Black has served as Vice President of RFID Business since 2004. Mr. Black's career has over 35 years of executive management and engineering expertise in the area of advanced integrated circuit design and over 20 years of experience in RFID. He has held a variety of positions with Motorola, Commodore Computer and ID Technologies. A recognized expert in the area of RFID design, Mr. Black holds 11 patents directly related to RFID technology. Mr. Black holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering form Mississippi State University. |
